1. About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of salinestorage.com, operated by Saline Self Storage, 10338 US-67, Benton, Arkansas 72015. By browsing this website, requesting information, or beginning a reservation, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
These terms cover the website only. Renting a storage unit from us creates a separate legal relationship governed by the rental agreement you enter into at move-in. Where these terms and your rental agreement differ on anything to do with your tenancy, the rental agreement governs.
2. Rental Agreement Takes Precedence
Nothing on this website forms part of a rental contract. Descriptions of unit sizes, features, access arrangements, protection options and site facilities are provided to help you choose. The terms that actually bind us and you — rent, due dates, late fees, access rights, our lien rights in the event of non-payment, your obligations regarding the condition and contents of the unit, insurance requirements, and how either party ends the tenancy — are set out in the rental agreement. Please read it before you sign it, and ask us about anything that is unclear.
3. Availability, Pricing and Promotions
Unit availability and pricing shown on this site are drawn from our management system and change frequently. We make every effort to keep them accurate, but availability is not guaranteed until a rental is completed and confirmed. Prices are subject to change, and promotional rates may carry conditions such as a minimum term, new-tenant-only eligibility, or an expiry date. Any promotion in force will state its conditions at the point of checkout.
If a unit is listed at an incorrect price because of a technical or clerical error, we reserve the right to correct the error and to decline or cancel the reservation, refunding anything already paid.
4. Reservations and Online Rentals
Online rentals are processed through our third-party rental and payment platform. When you complete a rental you are agreeing to that platform's own terms in addition to these, and to the rental agreement presented during checkout. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including your name, contact details and payment information.
You must be at least 18 years old to rent a unit.
5. Acceptable Use of This Website
You agree not to use this website in any way that is unlawful, or that damages, disables or impairs it. Specifically, you agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its underlying systems, to use automated tools to scrape or harvest content or data beyond ordinary search engine indexing, to introduce malicious code, or to use the site to send unsolicited commercial communications.
6. Intellectual Property
The content of this website — text, images, layout, graphics and the Saline Self Storage name and logo — is owned by us or used with permission, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own use in connection with renting or considering renting from us. You may not otherwise reproduce, republish or distribute the content commercially without our written permission.
7. Third-Party Links and Services
This site links to services operated by others, including our online rental platform, tenant protection provider, and mapping services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
8. Communications

9. Disclaimer
This website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to keep it accurate and running, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that the information on it is complete or current at every moment. To the fullest extent permitted by Arkansas law, Saline Self Storage is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or from reliance on information published on it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Liability in connection with a storage unit rental is addressed in the rental agreement, not here.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the version in force, and the date at the top shows when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Saline County, Arkansas.
